PDF Editing
Edit PDF pages without uploading them
Merge, split, reorder, rotate, crop and resize PDF pages straight from your browser. Nothing is sent to a server, so even confidential documents stay on your own computer.
Open PDF Edit →Combine and separate documents
Merging takes any number of PDFs and joins them into a single file in the order you choose — useful for assembling a report from separate chapters, or bundling scanned receipts into one submission.
Splitting does the reverse. Pull a single page out of a long document, break a file into fixed-size chunks, or extract a specific range to send on without sharing the rest.
Fix pages that came out wrong
Scanned documents rarely arrive in good order. Rearrange lets you drag pages into the right sequence, Rotate fixes pages that scanned sideways or upside down, and Crop trims away margins, scanner shadows or an unwanted header.
Resize changes the page dimensions — handy when a document is a mix of A4 and Letter and you need it consistent before printing. Blank page inserter adds empty pages where you need them, for double-sided printing or to leave room for annotations.
Why it runs in your browser
Most free PDF sites work by uploading your document to their servers, processing it there and handing back a download link. That means your file sits on someone else's computer, subject to their retention policy.
PDF Cowboy does the work locally using your browser's own capabilities. Your document never travels anywhere, which matters when you're handling contracts, medical records, financial statements or anything else you'd rather not hand to a third party.
